Idea-Marathon System (IMS) will improve your work and revolutionize your life †

There are only four rules:

1. Have your own integrated notebook, one that you can use continuously.
2. Create at least one original idea everyday. Ideas may be related to your work or to your personal life.
3. Write the ideas in your integrated notebook with numbers.
