IMS Rules †

1. Create at least one idea every day.
2. Write it down into your notebook with the shortest possible description.
3. Take your notebook everywhere.
4. Talk about your ideas to your family and colleagues and they will double your ideas.
5. Write down the date and the number of each idea, with a "plus/minus" number (if you decide to create and record one idea per day). It is recommended that you also include the "category" of the idea (e.g. "Bag," "Plan", "Software,""Software,""Car,""Projet")
6. Include handwritten illustrations and drawings as much as possible.
7. The most important thing is to continue practicing the IMS every day.

1. - it is the 1st idea today.
July 6, 2004 - the date on which the idea was created
(Game) - the category of this idea
0 - If you start IMS today, your "credit" is 0. If you create more than one idea a day, you add to this number. The more ideas your create per day, the more "credit" you will have.
001 - the total number of your ideas

Importance of Notebook †

You need to have one notebook with you now to start IMS.
The notebook can be of any kind.

1. Purpose of Recording in Notebook
   The initial purpose of recording into your notebook is to relieve yourself of the unnecessary brain work required to keep ideas in your memory, and focus your energies on the part of the brain involved in forming new ideas.
   

Preparation of Idea-Marathon System Notebook (IMS notebook)
You need only one notebook and a pen with you to process IMS, which should be done outside of your social environment (your family, friends, colleagues, partners). Set aside a short period of time everyday to create your ideas.
